Initial Diagnosis

Acceptance onto either programme follows an initial strategic review whereby your business will be appraised on recent performance. This review helps to identify which element of the HighGrowth East Midlands scheme is most appropriate. It will also diagnose the key barriers to sustaining or beginning growth. Together with the programme’s Account Manager an Action Plan which addresses those barriers will be drawn up.
