Growth Fund

As part of the High Growth programme, additional support to help combat any remaining barriers to high growth in your company can be purchased through the Growth Fund, and will be delivered through your personal Growth Coach or one of our other expert advisers.

Businesses will also be able to access additional formal training and external support and advice, such as valuing a potential acquisition.
 
Each High Growth business is asked to contribute to the cost of the support package according to their size:

• £3,000 for businesses with a turnover of £1-5 million
• £5,000 for businesses with a turnover of £5-10 million
• £7,000 for businesses with a turnover of £10-20 million

Don’t forget that this contribution can be recovered by your company when you buy additional support.  To access your growth fund, you are asked to make a pound for pound contribution.  For example, if you wished to arrange an extra ten days work from your Growth Coach (at £550 a day) this would cost £5,500.  You would actually pay just £2,750, with the matching sum coming from your Growth Fund.
