Growth Fund

As part of the Growth Readiness programme, the combined forces of the Growth Coach and formal training will allow you to address any barriers to growth identified in your company.  However, the business will need to address a broader range of issues to accelerate growth, and this extra support can be purchased through the Growth Fund.

Each Growth Readiness business will have access to a £1,000 Growth Fund, the equivalent to your contribution to the programme.

To access this Growth Fund, you will be asked to match the funding contribution pound for pound.  For example, if you wanted to arrange an additional two days work from your Growth Coach (at £550 per day) this would cost £1,100.  Your company will actually pay just £550, with the remaining coming from your Growth Fund.  This means companies can use their initial contribution to buy value-added services.
