As part of the 12 month High Growth programme, a Growth Coach will spend 20 days with your company, working with senior management to address strategic leadership and competitiveness issues identified in your specially drawn up initial strategic review.  Each Growth Coach is matched to your business based on relevant skills, trade experience and personality profile.  We aim to get the chemistry right to ensure you achieve the maximum benefit from this bespoke service.
