The deadline for the 2009 High Growth Programme is 15th February 2009, for a programme start in April 2009.
Applications for the 2009 Growth Readiness programme are now being accepted on a rolling basis, for monthly programme starts beginning in April 2009.

Eligibility

If you can answer YES to the following questions about your business, you may be eligible to receive this exclusive HighGrowth East Midlands package of support.

For Growth Readiness

1. Is your business located in the East Midlands - Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Rutland or Northamptonshire?

2. Has your business been operating for at least one year?

3. Was your last full year’s financial turnover between £200,000 and £10million?*

* Exceptions may be made for companies that fall under the £200k turnover threshold but demonstrate exceptional growth potential.
OR

For High Growth

1. Was your last full year’s financial turnover between £1million and £20million?

2. Does your business have an average growth rate of 30% in financial turnover over the two years prior to application?

There are a limited number of places available on the programmes and applications will be considered at specific times each year over the next three years.

Please note that State Aid rules apply to the HighGrowth East Midlands scheme.

To make your application, please click on the link below.

The application process will take a maximum of 30 minutes to complete and is in two sections.

In Part 1 you will provide your company details and some basic turnover information. Part 2 comprises 12 self assessment questions which evaluate your growth ambition and your opportunities and capacity for growth. 

The information obtained is used for the initial selection phase and to provide a guide as to which of the two programmes your company is most suited to. After initial selection, it forms the preliminary part of the face-to-face diagnosis and strategic review we complete with you, which is used as the basis for final selection onto the scheme.

Selection of participating companies is completed by a selection panel chaired by emda and comprising of programme staff.
